Join us virtually for 30 min Powwow Dance Sessions with Deanne Hupfield.
If you have any culture related questions, 10 min before/after the workout is available to do so.
Dance styles include the following and can be customized for your interests:
Women’s fancy/jingle/traditional + Men’s grass/fancy + Hoop Dance
